As Founder of You Are Free^®, Leslie has helped countless individuals in making the transition away from full-time corporate employment to creating work they love. After working for a US Senator, advising businesses and foreign governments on international countertrade and barter deals while working for a money-center bank, and helping to shift corporate cultures through corporate training and development efforts, she decided to work with individuals―effecting change one at a time. Having made her own successful transition out of corporations, Leslie has been helping individuals to create worklives for themselves for over 10 years.

Helping people to discover their talents/gifts, to find their unique sense of purpose in the world, and to align their gifts with their purpose is what I do. I believe that everyone has been given special talents and gifts and our “job” is to discover these abilities, develop them, and use them to fulfill our sense of purpose in the world, thereby making a contribution.
